Review | De lorenzo Novofusion Silver Shampoo

I have been using this Silver shampoo for blonde hair for nearly 2 and a half years, and I would never use anything else. De Lorenzo is one of my favorite hair care bands mainly because they use plant based ingredients, they are environmentally friendly, they are 100% Australian owned and made, and they DON'T test on animals. I was introduced to the brand De Lorenzo whilst completing my cert II in Hairdressing because my tafe used their products and have been extremely impressed by most of their ranges.

 "Novofusion colour care shampoo is formulated to control colour fade in natural & colour enhanced hair with UV inhibitors and botanical extracts to improve condition and shine"

Now just for reference you use this after you have shampooed/double shampooed, and you leave it in from 2-5 minutes depending on how ashy you want your hair. I usually leave it in for 2-3 minutes as my hair doesn't have many brassy tones.

I have found that this defiantly helps my hair stay ashy in between my hairdressing appointments. I usually wait 2-3 months instead of the suggested time of 6 weeks as this shampoo keeps my hair nice and toned, and I don't feel the need to go back and get my roots done when my hair still looks fresh. My hairdresser always comments on how well my hair holds the toner, and it is because I use this shampoo at least 2-3 times a week to maintain my ash blonde hair.

The shampoo itself is bright blue in colour, with sparkles through out. Novofusion silver shampoo has a lavender tea rose smell, which I do not mind and I prefer this smell to a rich chemical smell. I have never had any problems with any De Lorenzo products, and I would recommend this product to anyone with Blonde hair or highlights who want to keep those brassy tones away. You can get this shampoo in both 250ml and 500ml, and it lasts 3 months+ as you only need to use a small amount each time.
